COOPFA leveraged the capabilities of Zoho Books and Zoho Analytics to transform its financial reporting process, greatly improving budget tracking and the accuracy of financial reports. Faced with complex challenges in managing multiple grants and funding sources, the organization sought a more robust and automated solution to optimize its financial operations.<\/p>\n

Executive Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

Founded in 2007 in L\u00e9vis, COOPFA develops and deploys eco-responsible educational solutions in partnership with 50 organizations across Quebec and internationally. With the help of Zoho Books and Zoho Analytics, COOPFA automated its financial management, reducing manual errors and improving operational efficiency.<\/p>\n

COOPFA\u2019s financial reporting process was complex and inefficient, relying on a large Excel file for each funding request.
