How to Simplify Order Management with Shopify, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Flow

Problem
The native integration between Zoho Inventory and Shopify allows for product and order synchronization but doesn’t automatically generate invoices or apply payments received through Shopify. This results in significant manual processing when orders synced to Inventory need to be managed.

Solution
Using Zoho Flow, we automated the conversion of orders into invoices in Zoho Inventory and applied the corresponding payments. We also mapped different payment methods from the online store to facilitate end-of-month bank reconciliation. Finally, to ensure no sync issues between Shopify and Zoho Inventory, we created validation reports in Zoho Analytics.
