Faced with complex challenges in managing multiple grants and funding sources, the organization sought a more robust and automated solution to optimize its financial operations.

Founded in 2007 in Lévis, COOPFA develops and deploys eco-responsible educational solutions in partnership with 50 organizations across Quebec and internationally. With the help of Zoho Books and Zoho Analytics, COOPFA automated its financial management, reducing manual errors and improving operational efficiency.

Manual data entry, combined with a lack of tools to track confirmed and unconfirmed grants, increased the risk of errors and slowed the organization’s responsiveness to necessary budget adjustments.
